CalculateUIF.co.za is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official representative of the South African Department of Employment and Labour or the Unemployment Insurance Fund (UIF).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using CalculateUIF.co.za ("the Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service immediately.

We provide a free online calculator to estimate UIF benefits. These estimates are generated based on:

Critical Note: All results provided are estimates only. They do not constitute financial advice or a guarantee of payment from the UIF.

3. Disclaimers

While we strive to keep our formulas updated with current South African legislation (including the R17,712 salary cap), we make no warranties regarding the accuracy of the results. The final benefit amount is subject to approval by the Department of Labour.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CalculateUIF.co.za or its owners be liable for any decisions made, actions taken, or losses incurred based on the results provided by the calculator. This includes, but is not limited to, claim rejections, payment delays, or technical errors on the website.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
